All sales are final

The Free Product Playbook is a digital PDF that you can download immediately after payment. Because the full product is delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds.

When we’ll make it right

If you were charged twice, the download doesn’t work, or the file is damaged, email us with your Stripe receipt. We’ll send you a working copy or refund the duplicate charge.

No guarantee of results

The guide is educational. Not being selected by a platform or brand, or not receiving free products, is not a reason for a refund.
